General Info:
The St Michaels Woodside facility is 8,050 sq ft, max occupancy per fire code is 600 people, it is air conditioned, and there is free parking. Parking is all the way in the rear of the lot. Tables are 8 feet each, please bring your own cases, lights & cart. (CASES & LIGHTS AVAILABLE FOR RENT, ASK JOHN.) There is a spare flat cart on site in case you forget your own. The kitchen will have light lunch foods for sale. Security will be on-site during dealer set-up and throughout the show. Dealer set-up is 7am, open to public at 9a - 2p, all vendors must be out of the room by 3pm.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE utilize the set-up helpers and their carts which are very large and accommodating. The idea is to get you the vendor to your table(s) briskly and in one swoop so you can begin transacting in the morning. I love to hear, "Having a great show already" when its only 8:30am. Don't forget to use the helpers and at the end of the show to get to your vehicle in one swoop.
The room has been redesigned to accommodate more vendors, widen aisles and allow easy access to power outlets. We welcome any and all feedback regarding room layout.
Local Coin and Watch Clubs:
Local coin and watch clubs are eligible for one free 8' table. Vendor(s) must be an officer of the club and table must be used strictly for club use, member recruitment or fundraising for the club only; no personal or business use. Please reach out for details.

-vendors are encouraged to bring a banner to highlight and draw attention to your booth
